It’s about time! finally a couple of States Attorney’s General have decided to investigate the foreclosure process. Guess what? They’ve discovered accounting errors on the lending institues behalf which invaledates the foreclosure filing. Unfortunately, too many people have already lost their homes, to compound the matter, what happens to the investors who purchased these homes from the banks?
How many people have lost their homes due to banking math errors?
Why did it take until now to intervene on this process, what are we paying all these elected officials for?
As we’ve said in the past, All foreclosure filings are to be assigned a court date, no more rubber stamping of foreclosure documents!
Finally, Hold ALL lending institutes responsible for their actions, after all, they expect the same from you!
